Sarah Pac is nearly bankrupt

You can read the entire report here

As of January 1 they had $825,555.95

Donations from Jan 1-Jun 30:  $489,813.81.

Money spent from January 1-June 30- $753,232.84.

Which means over a six month period SarahPAC actually spent $417,490.70 more than they made in donations. So they spent almost twice as much as they brought in.

July 1 they only have $562,136.92 on hand

Sarah did donate to candidates as promised but not a whole lot:

Alex Mooney $500.00
Chuck Grassley $1,000.00
Jim Jordan $500.00
Steve King $1,000.00
Justin Amach $500.00
Cynthia Lummis $500.00
Keith Rothfus $500.00
John Fleming $500.00
Louis Gohmert $1,000.00
Chris Gibson $500.00
Matt Salmon $500,00
Steve Pearce $1,500.00
Rodney Blum $500.00
Jeff Duncan $500.00
Mark Meadow $1,500.00
Trent Franks $500.00
Marlin Stutzman $500.00
Scott Garrett $500.00
Ted Yoho $500.00
Walter Jones $500.00
Jody Hice $500.00
Ken Buck $500.00
Mo Brooks $500.00
Raul Labrador $500.00
Elsie Stefenik $1,000.00
Andy Harris $500.00
Dave Brat $500.00
Rob Maness $1,000.00
Scott Perry $500.00
Will Hurd $500.00
Thomas Massie $500.00
David Schweikert $500.00
Gary Palmer $500.00
Mick Mulvaney $500,00
Pat Toomey $500.00
Sean Duffy $1,000.00
Morgan Griffith $500.00
Daniel Webster $500.00 (father in law of Alyssa Bates who is a friend of the Duggars)
Trey Gowdy $500.00
Tim Scott $1,000.00
Bill Posey $500.00
Paul Gosar $500.00
Jim Bridgestine $500.00

Only $25000 to candidates.  Is 5% the legal minimum a Pac has to donate to candidates?  I think not.

Here are some more expenditures:

$230,250 on consultants, including $80,500 to longtime aide and PAC treasurer Timothy Crawford
$139,932 on direct mail, produced by conservative fundraising firm HSP Direct

$128,482 on postage, printing, and related supplies

$82,213 on travel and accommodations, including airfare, hotels, car and SUV rentals, travel agents, and taxis. The Waldorf Astoria in New York City ($4,562) and Venetian Resort Hotel Casino in Las Vegas ($797) were two particularly pricy line items. The $3,854 SarahPAC paid a New York–based limousine company came on Feb. 19, right after Palin appeared at the staging of Saturday Night Live’s 40th anniversary special, where she sat in the audience next to musician Taylor Swift.

$16061.54 was spent on a charter flight to Las Vegas for Bristol and Sarah on January 21.

$48,000 on speech writing, mostly to Aries Petra Consulting, a small limited liability company registered in Virginia and based in Los Angeles

$37,354 on Internet fundraising through Austin, Texas–based Harris Media LLC, which works for numerous conservative politicians.

Every report her donations keep dropping, at this rate SarahPac will be broke by mid 2016.  Which means she will declare as a write in candidate.

  1. Imagine someone with all that PAC money doling out a few hundred dollars to this candidate and few hundred dollars to that one. How pathetic. No wonder nobody takes her seriously. When what you spend on candidates is less than a third of what you spend on luxury travel... it's obvious you're just plain crooked.

I love that even her cult won't send her a cent of their grocery money any more. Maybe they got sick of the taste of rice. Or they died of boredom waiting for Sarah to announce her big run...

    run, hagwoman, run.

  2. It's very enjoyable watching her fall. Schadenfreude is one of my favorite emotions. It's very unlikely that things will improve for her at this point: why would people pay for her to speak, or donate money when she does so little?

Oddly, the one thing I think that COULD bring in significant money would be for her to write a tell-all book: "How a Fake Pregnancy Got Me a VP Nod." People would buy that and she'd garner a lot of interviews and publicity.

  3. Aries Petra = RAM.
$carry is paying RAM $6000/month for spewing her hatred - and then she ignores what RAM tells her/writes for her and she does her own word salad...

(BTW: she spent roughly $263K more than she got in donations, not $400K)

Did anyone find the cost of the engagement ring that $carry paid for and then took back?
Also, too, I vaguely remember her putting a bill or two from her own credit card on there (maybe that was the ring?)

Definitely, if she keeps on going like this, by the end of 2016 her PAC will be empty.
Maybe she knows something that we don't know, where she will need to have the PAC empty, because otherwise she will not be able to use the money for herself anymore? Like some kind of lawsuit (I can dream, can't I?), or, mayyyybe... SHE WILL RUN after all? (HAHAHAHA!) (Can't use the PAC for her own ATM in that case, so needs to empty it beforehand and launder the money (like buying Willblow the house, and getting Bar$Tool the truck, and Two-Toned-TOAD that new plane?

  4. A ray of hope ...

"Jesse Benton, a longtime ally of Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) who is heading up a super PAC supporting his presidential campaign, has been indicted by a federal grand jury, the Justice Department said Wednesday, on charges that he concealed payments made to a former Iowa state senator during the 2012 presidential campaign in order to win his support."

    (snip)

"The indictment charges the defendants with conspiracy, causing false records to obstruct a contemplated investigation and causing the submission of false campaign expenditure reports. It alleges they paid more than $70,000 to then-Iowa state senator Kent Sorenson in exchange for his support. The indictment accuses the men of concealing their payments from the Federal Election Commission and the FBI."

If bringing the Palins to justice means finding out where the bodies are buried, investigators need only follow the stench of rotting flesh emanating from SarahPAC's account books.

the stench of decomposing flesh to SarahPAC's account books.
