Breaking News-Track Palin is in the pokey

From Gawker

Today is a big day for Sarah Palin. She is in Iowa to endorse Donald Trump, which will shore up Trump’s standing with Real Americans and once again give the Palin family a moment in the national spotlight. But things back home aren’t as rosy: Last night, Palin’s son, Track, was charged in Wasilla on domestic violence and weapons charges.

According to online court records originally found by Gawker, Track Palin, 26, was charged yesterday with assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence), interfering with a report of domestic violence, and possession of a weapon while intoxicated. In a press release, Wasilla Police say they responded to a disturbance at around 10 p.m. last night, and that “an investigation revealed Track Palin had committed a domestic violence assault on a female, interfered with her ability to report a crime of domestic violence, and possessed a firearm while intoxicated.” All three charges are misdemeanors.

Here’s a screenshot of the charges as they appear online. Spokespersons with both the Wasilla Police Department and the district attorney’s office confirmed their existence:

Palin was scheduled to be arraigned at 1 p.m. locally (5 p.m. Eastern). Wasilla police declined to release the affidavit regarding the incident, citing an open investigation, but if we receive that report, we will update this post.

Track Palin was first introduced to the public as the most politically convenient of Sarah Palin’s children. In her famous speech at the 2008 Republican National Convention, Palin noted that Track, then 19, would be shipping out to serve in Iraq later that month—on September 11. Like most of the Palins, the ensuing years have been a bit rocky: Tabloids have alleged that Track Palin abused drugs. He married and divorced in less than two years. And he was involved, along with his father and sister Bristol, in a bizarre brawl that led to an embarrassing drunken police interview full of colorful, homophobic language.

Here is the full press release from the Wasilla Police regarding the incident:

On 01/18/2016 at approximately 2204 hours, Wasilla Police responded to a residence for a disturbance. An investigation revealed Track Palin had committed a domestic violence assault on a female, interfered with her ability to report a crime of domestic violence, and possessed a firearm while intoxicated. Palin was arrested and charges of assault in the fourth degree (domestic violence), interfering with a domestic violence report, and misconduct involving weapons in the fourth degree were forwarded to the District Attorney’s Office. Palin was held without bail until arraignment.

Can't say that I'm surprised.  Track has always been a hothead.

So who is the female that was assaulted?  Britta, Jordan, maybe even Bristol.

Bristol has a picture of Track on her Pickore account but quickly took it down.   She's ashamed!

2016 has not been rosy at all for Sarah.  Dakota suing for custody of Sailor, her Pac is drying up, now Track is in jail .  Hoohah!

  2. We are watching "Shameless" on Showtime and the Gallaghers parallel the Palins more than anything I have ever read.
    Just thugs.
Oh and the Palins are not one bit funny.
The theme? Drugs, pregnancies, abortions, and alcohol. Incest and adultery. Hookers. Church molesters. Bribes. Thievery.
Bestiality is the only thing I can't point to in Palin criminality.
However, the Palin pets don't seem to last very long.
    Hmnnnn....

  3. Here's more:

The oldest of Sarah Palin’s five children, Track allegedly punched his girlfriend in the eye, kicked her in the knee and then held an AR-15 assault rifle near his head, the 22-year-old woman told police who responded to the incident just after 10 p.m. Monday.

At one point, Track was “holding onto a gun, yelling ‘do you think I’m a p---y?’ and ‘do you think I won’t do it?’”

The woman, whom the Daily News is not identifying, said he “cocked the gun” and was holding it near his face.

“[The woman] was concerned he would shoot himself and ran outside and around the house,” before hiding under a bed. That’s where police, responding to 911 calls from both Track and the woman, found the crying victim when they arrived.

She had “bruising and swelling around her left eye” and “complained of pain to that area as well as to her right knee.” Cops later found an unloaded AR-15 assault rifle on the kitchen counter.

Track, in his statement, told police the couple argued after he learned his girlfriend was in touch with an ex-boyfriend.

He said she hit him in the eye with an elbow during the fight. Police noted he had “swelling and bruise trauma” on his face.

Palin had a blood alcohol content of 0.189, police reported. He also reportedly threw the woman’s cell phone across the driveway after she told him she’d call police. He claimed that at one point in the night, the woman had been drinking and then drove drunk.

Legal blood alcohol limit in Alaska is 0.08 -- Track's 0.189 was almost 2.5 times the legal limit. No doubt he was shit-faced, knee-walking, commode-hugging drunk.

  8. It's no surprise because Track's a thug and a crackhead who only knows how to use his fists and he's like that thanks to his lousy parents. Britta needs to keep her daughter away from him before she becomes another victim.

  10. Can I make a suggestion? You guys need to get out of your echo chambers and start talking to other people who don't share your worldview. Sarah Palin is a MASTER of American politics and her crafty ability to scheme (Bristol can't be Trigg's mother, see, cause she's five months pregnant now, see - the devil himself isn't that damn cunning!!!) and she knows her constituency. She just wrapped ALL OF THEIR idiot, poorly raised, criminal, alcoholic, problem child turned dysfunctional adult children that still live at home in a flag and crowned these little princes and princesses as "America's wayward youth" who just need leadership and someone to care. She didn't just absolve herself and Trap with that speech, she absolved every rotten mother and their rotten children as well. Its not their fault they're getting drunk and beating their girlfriends, its the wars they fought for this country that changed them, hardened them. Its not his fault or their children's fault, its Obamas for being a weak leader who doesn't care. And her base, the Real Americans, dba the Unwashed Masses are eating it up. I'll bet you each a nickel her popularity rises, not sinks, from this.

  11. I wouldn't be surprised to see a Trump Palin ticket in 2016. And I really wouldn't be surprised to see them win. I live in NYC and this is supposed to be the Liberal Capitol of the World but I don't think Hilary can win in NY even though she was somehow a senator or something here. The story about what her brother is doing to Haitians and the Haitians demanding the Clintons leave is being circulated widely and Haitian people are protesting outside her headquarters in Brooklyn. Add to that all of the Black pundits who are writing about the stupidity of Black loyalty to the DNC and nothing is a given. I think most Black people except for the real hardcore will sit this election out or shock the hell out of everyone and vote for Trump...Those pictures of him and Black celebrities are not all coming from nowhere and people are nostalgic for the good old days when there was still social mobility and everyone had the potential to be a Trump.
