Track's hearing on Monday was postponed

Track was supposed to be in court yesterday but was "continued".  How fucking convenient!

What do you think will happen?

Also did Track and Jordan go to Hawaii with his sisters?  If so did they get married so Jordan wouldn't have to testify against him?

Track does have some upcoming trail dates:

03/24/2016 10:30 AM Courtroom 2, Palmer Courthouse Trial Call: District Court Criminal Hearing Reset Wolfe, John W

04/12/2016 08:30 AM Courtroom 2, Palmer Courthouse Pre-Trial Conference: District Court Criminal Wolfe, John W

04/22/2016 10:30 AM Courtroom 2, Palmer Courthouse Trial Call: District Court Criminal

Not sure what this means if some legal eagle out there could explain the differences between these hearings that would be great.

    1. The 2/26/16 post is in Hawaii with her brother, it is from last Aug/Sept.

  2. I believe 3/24 has been postponed, too.
IMHO, they are trying to delay as long as possible, so nobody remembers that Track actually is supposed to appear in court.

    1. Or until his cuts and bruises heal, the ones he got while beating the shit out of his step dad out at the cabin. That's my theory. Hopefully, Levi can get the real story out of Tripp, if he hasn't been bribed with his own truck or something. A rifle, maybe.

    2. If the fight happened somewhere outside, then hopefully Tripp was not a witness!
I feel really sorry for this kid - actually for all the kids in that fandamily. I wish there was something that Child Protective Services could do to take them all away. But it seems there is so much child abuse going on in Alaska, they are simply overwhelmed, and unless a child is obviously hurt by an adult, nothing will be done.

  3. Thanks. Couldn't tell who the male was in the shot.

  4. The marital privilege only applies to conversations that occurred when you were married. So even if they got married recently, it won't prevent Jordan from testifying.

  5. I wonder if Track has bruises, and all the other signs of recently being in a fight. If he and Todd Palin got into it, that would explain the lack of details about the "snowmobile accident."

  6. This happens all the time in courts.
It could be set back over the tiniest thing.

    So sick of this tribe.
Let 'em stay in Alaska; they're nothing but trash.

  7. How come you are attacking Sarah Palin? She is a loving and caring person, a strong patriot, and a fine mother and wife doing what she believes is the right thing. You can go right ahead and disagree with as strongly as you like but to attack her personally? to make allegations about her family, what sort argument is that? Or are you just in indulging in 'pun ass thuggery' the phrase she so well used the other day in Florida? Argue against the principle not the person! After all one day you might be shamed were you to meet her and find you like her and even admire her and love her in a strange unforeseen way. Take care!

    1. That's what we do here. We attack Sarah Palin. You did read the big words at the top, didn't you? That's not a compliment.

    2. "Love her in a strange unforeseen way"? Into kinky stuff, are you? Keep it to yourself, OK? And, if you do find yourself " loving" her in a strange and unforeseen way, definitely-take care...and antibiotics.

    3. It's just this simple, Dedalus: As long as she is a contributor to the political discourse in this country, I, aa a voting citizen, will say damned anything I want to concerning her. Especially when she nor her family don't live what she preaches.

      GOT IT?
